Terms and Conditions

1.Offers valid until 31 May 2017. Special Monthly Fee is applicable to selected business customers signing a 24-month contract of a designated service plan.
2. Application will be processed 2-3 working days after online submission, your dedicated Account Manager will call you in order to complete the application. HKBNES will create a new account for any new subscription of mobile services.
3.When monthly local data usage reaches the plan’s data allowance, maximum upload and download speed for thereafter data access is 128kbps. Actual data transmission speed that Subscribers experience may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise.
4. The provision of each service and equipment (if any) by HKBN Enterprise Solutions Limited (“HKBNES”) is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of HKBNES, relevant special terms and conditions and other terms and conditions as set out on the registration form. The Subscriber is deemed to have accepted all applicable terms and conditions and the relevant tariffs when applying for the above services. HKBNES reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters relating to the above offers.

1. Mobile Services are powered by Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited (“HKBN”).
2. For the above mobile services plans, the default language of voice mail and SMS will be Cantonese and Traditional Chinese; Local & Roaming Voice and Data Services, Roaming Data Day Plan (RDDP) Lite and IDD 001 Service will be default as “Activated”, if change is required, please contact your dedicated Account Manager.
3. The provision of each of the service and equipment (if any) by HKBN Enterprise Solutions Limited (“HKBNES”) is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of HKBNES (please visit: hkbnes.net/tnc/T&C_Eng.pdf), the Special Terms and Conditions of Mobile Services for Corporate Subscriber of HKBN (please visit: http://www.hkbnes.net/tnc/MS_Eng.pdf), relevant special terms and conditions and other terms and conditions as set out herein. The Subscriber is deemed to have accepted all applicable terms and conditions and the relevant tariffs when applying for the above services.
4. If customer confirmed to be assigned a new mobile number when registered mobile services plan, MobileOffice Plus service will be activated on that new mobile number; if customer confirmed to port-in an existing mobile number when registered mobile services plan, MobileOffice Plus service will be activated on that port-in mobile number.
5. Subscriber is responsible for paying all charges and fees incurred from using the Mobile Services, including but not limited to inter-SMS charges, roaming charges, and/or other charges from value-added services and pay-as-you-go services. When monthly local data usage reaches the plan’s data allowance, maximum upload and download speed for thereafter data access is 128kbps. Actual data transmission speed that Subscribers experience may vary due to Internet traffic conditions, local conditions, hardware, software and other conditions which may arise.
6. Minimum roaming data charging unit is 1KB. Usage under 1KB will be rounded up to nearest KB.
7. All IDD 001 charges are calculated on a 6-second incremental basis, where usage under 6 seconds will be rounded up to 6 seconds, according to HKBNES’s call records. Starting 31 Mar 2017, all IDD 001 calls are calculated on a per-minute basis where usage charges under 1 minute will be rounded up to 1 minute and to the nearest 10 cents, according to HKBNES’ call records.
8. Voice call durations are rounded up to the next full charge units. Each charge unit is based on per minute of airtime charge.
9. Subject to Clause 7 herein, Subscriber is required to give 30 days’ prior written notice (by using the prescribed cancellation form provided by HKBNES) to HKBNES to terminate the Mobile Services Plan.
10. If the Mobile Services Plan(s) is/are terminated within the Contract Period for whatever reasons (except termination within the post-registration 14-day cooling off period or within the post-activation 14-day cooling off period), Subscriber shall pay the total amount of the discounted monthly fees payable for the remaining Contract Period to HKBNES as liquidated damages as well as any administration fees from terminating the Mobile Services Plan(s) (if applicable). Subscriber shall also pay the usage charges and fees incurred from SMS messages sent, roaming and any other value-added services and/or pay-as-you-go services (e.g. roaming, IDD). The above charges and fees are genuine pre-estimate of loss and not penalty. All offers in such Mobile Services Plan(s) will also be terminated. Subscriber agrees that HKBNES can set off all incurred charges and/or fees with prepayment of relevant services (or any part thereof) made in the account and Subscriber shall pay the remaining balance after set off, if applicable.
11. Usage charges and fees incurred from value-added services and/or pay-as-you-go services (excluding IDD 001) will be billed to Subscriber in the 2nd month following incurrence of the charge.
12. If Subscriber continues to use the Mobile Services Plan after the Contract Period, Subscriber shall be charged at the Standard Monthly Fee.
13. Any payment made to HKBNES will be non-transferable and non-refundable.
14. At service registration, Subscriber can select the service activation day, whereas the Mobile Services under this Mobile Services Plan will initiate on the selected date. However, the service activation date must be within 180 days of service registration. Subscriber must confirm his/her selection of the service activation day before its occurrence. Once Subscriber confirms this day with HKBNES, the Contract Period will commence starting from the service activation day. Subscriber understands that he/she will not be able to use the Mobile Services during the period between successful redemption of his/her SIM card and his/her service activation day.
15. In case of any disputes, the decision of HKBNES shall be final and conclusive.
16. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the services provided by HKBNES (including services subscribed by Subscriber under this registration form and services provided under Existing Contracts (as defined below) upon transfer from Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited (“HKBN”) (if applicable)) are powered by HKBN. Subscriber also agrees to abide by and agrees to the relevant terms and conditions of HKBN, including without limitation, the Special Terms and Conditions of Mobile Services for Corporate Subscriber of HKBN (please visit: http://www.hkbnes.net/tnc/MS_Eng.pdf) and the General Terms and Conditions of HKBN (please visit: hkbn.net/tnc/en/general.html).
17. Subscriber further agrees that HKBNES may appoint and/or engage HKBN and/or any other third party provider(s) to provide any or all services (including services to be provided under Existing Contracts upon transfer from HKBN (if applicable)), pre-sale and after-sale services to Subscriber, including but not limited to marketing, provision of equipment, invoicing, customer services, collection of payment and other Subscriber’s account related services if applicable.
18. If there is any inconsistency amongst the terms and conditions of this registration form, the General Terms and Conditions of HKBNES, the General Terms and Conditions of HKBN, the Special Terms and Conditions of Mobile Services for Corporate Subscriber of HKBN, the following will be the order of priority: the terms and conditions in this registration form (highest); the Special Terms and Conditions of Mobile Services for Corporate Subscriber of HKBN; the General Terms and Conditions of HKBNES; the General Terms and Conditions of HKBN.

8. Voice call durations are rounded up to the next full charge units. Each charge unit is based on per minute of airtime charge.
9. When data usage reaches the defaulted or self-set usage level, local, Mainland China, Macau and Taiwan data service will be temporarily suspended until the next bill month. All settings once made, it will be set as the base level of the rest of the bill months until further adjustment.
10. All data will be shared between all SIM Cards under the same plan. The accumulated usage of all SIM Cards will be counted towards the usage of the plan.
11. Speed performance will be affected by many factors, including but not limited to coverage, user device and location, network configuration and traffic conditions.
12. When Subscriber is located out of 4G coverage in Hong Kong, HKBNES will provide service to customer via 3G/2G EDGE network.
13. To enjoy the data usage while roaming in Mainland China / Macau / Taiwan, Subscriber is required to activate the data roaming service and it is only applicable to designated roaming operators: Mainland China is provided by China Mobile 4G network, Macau is provided by CTM 4G network, and Taiwan is provided by Chunghwa Telecom 4G network / Far EasTone 3G network. Network service is subject to the device used by the Subscriber. Data usage shall not be used for FTP, P2P applications (including BitTorrent, Peer Casting applications - including PP Stream, PPTV, etc).
