Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is only applicable to HKBN Enterprise Solutions Limited (“HKBN”) new and existing customers, except existing customers with EseeFax and i2Fax service.
2. Eligible customer shall register its information via the designated link on or before 31 March 2022, and if such application is accepted by HKBN (see clause 8), such customer will get a wavier of 12-month service fee for i2Fax Plus Fax service (new number) plan (“Offer (A)”). Further, if customer presents an existing and valid HGC/ HKT voice service bill, another i2Fax Plus service line with a waiver of 12-month service fee for i2Fax Plus Fax service (new number) plan will be granted (“Offer (B)”). Customer can also port in its existing fax number from HKT/ HGC to HKBN (see clause 5).
3. To enjoy Offer (A) and/or Offer (B), customer shall register in the name of a company and provide its valid Business Registration number, copy of its valid Business Registration Certificate, company name, contact number(s) and email address(es) as contact information to HKBN for the purposes of liaison and account registration. Registration in the name of an individual will not be accepted.
4. Each valid Business Registration number can only be used to register each of Offer (A) and Offer (B) (if applicable) once. In case of repeated registration with the same Business Registration number, only the registration with earlier registration date and time as recorded shall prevail.
5. To enjoy Offer (A) and/or Offer (B), a new fax number will be assigned to customer, or alternatively customer may choose to port in its existing HGC/ HKT fax number to HKBN. Nonetheless, any transfer of the existing Voice number from HKBN customers to the i2Fax Plus service plan under this promotion will not be accepted.
6. Discounted monthly fee will be charged after the completion of the first 12 months with fee waiver for i2Fax Plus service plan.
7. Customer who requests extra i2Fax Plus service line may subscribe additional i2Fax Plus service plan(s) at a discounted monthly fee of $10 per service line. Registration for additional service plan would be unlimited in terms of plan number.
8. Within 3 working days after the online registration, customer will be contacted by our Account Manager/Sales Coordinator to arrange signing of the Service Registration Form. Submission of a signed Service Registration Form is required to complete the subscription for i2Fax Plus service. For details of the applicable terms and conditions for i2Fax Plus service , please refer to the Service Registration Form.
9. All offers under the promotion cannot be redeemed for cash and is not transferable, not refundable and not available for change.
10. The promotion is subjected to HKBN’s Terms & Conditions.
11. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
12. HKBN reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate this promotion anytime without notice. In case of dispute, the decision of HKBN shall be final and binding.
*To enjoy the 2nd i2Fax Plus service line with a waiver of 12-month service fee, customer has to present an existing and valid HGC / HKT voice service bill.
