1. During online service application process, application shall be submitted and confirmed by an authorized officer of the Subscriber. If the Plan(s) is/are terminated within the Minimum Commitment Period for whatever reasons, Subscriber shall pay the total amount of the discounted monthly fees payable for the remaining Minimum Commitment Period to HKBNES as liquidated damages.
2. Customer is responsible for the confidentiality of its participant passcodes and chairperson passcodes provided by HKBNES for the Services. Any charges incurred as a result of Customer’s distribution and/or loss of such passcodes shall be borne by the Customer.
3. Details of the Services, charges and MSP (if applicable) are set out in this Confirmation Letter.
4. Invoices for the Services will be issued monthly based on the charges as set out in this Confirmation Letter.
5. Customers are entitled to an one-month cooling-off period commencing from the date following the registration date of the selected Global Conferencing service plan(s). Customers may cancel the service plan(s) within the cooling-off period and shall pay the pro-rata usage fees before termination.
6. HKBN Enterprise Solutions Limited (“HKBNES”) reserves all its rights to amend or delete any of the terms and conditions of the Service at any time without prior notice.
