- The date must be at least seven working days after form submission

Before donating a company computer, please make sure the following procedures have been completed:

1. Unlock all control features
2. Back up or transfer all data in any storage device such as computer hard disk and memory
3. Delete all data in any storage device such as computer hard disk and memory
4. Remove all removable media such as computer memory cards, disks, CDs or PC cards
5. Ensure that all donated devices have had all cables and connections disconnected, and are placed separately for easy transport
6. Make sure that the transformer, charger and power cable that came with your device are included
